How it works
Advice is easy to buy. Follow-through is not.
An Owner's Office engagement begins with a confidential discussion with our founder, moves to the fixed-fee Diagnostic, and becomes a written mandate of six months or longer. From there we run an embedded monthly rhythm inside the business: management packs, cash-flow forecasts, management scorecards, action tracking and owner meetings.
How does an engagement start?
The owner's discussion.
A confidential conversation with Ghassan Hammoud, our founder. Where the business stands, what's weighing on you, whether this is the right model for it.
The Diagnostic.
A fixed-fee review of control, cash, management and opportunity. Two to three weeks. The fee is credited in full against a mandate signed within 60 days.
The mandate.
A clear, written scope at the tier that fits — one team, one mandate, one point of accountability. Minimum six months.
The operating rhythm
What happens every month?
Management packs
the numbers that matter, verified, in a form built for an owner, not an accountant.
Cash-flow forecasts
what's coming, before it arrives.
Management scorecards
each manager measured against what they committed to.
Action tracking
every decision followed to completion. Nothing agreed and forgotten.
Owner meetings
a standing session where the business is put on the table, honestly.
On-site sessions
we work inside the business, with your managers, at your offices.
Quarterly strategic reviews
per tier: the long view, revisited with discipline.
