This policy applies to information collected through this website and related communications. It does not govern information shared under an advisory engagement — that is protected by separate written confidentiality terms, which go further than this policy.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, role, company headcount, emirate, main concern, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address.

Like most websites, we also collect limited technical information automatically — such as IP address, browser and device type, and which pages are visited — through the analytics services described below.

Why we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange the discussion you requested. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used, to improve it, and to measure advertising. We may also use information where the law requires it.

Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). When you submit the contact form, we process your details on the basis of your request; analytics data is processed for the legitimate purpose of operating and improving the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. A small number of services process data on our behalf:

• Microsoft 365 — delivers your contact form enquiry to our email, contact@yemnak.ae.
• Google Analytics 4 — used for advertising measurement. Google may process this data outside the UAE under its own privacy terms.
• Umami analytics — self-hosted on our own servers. This data stays first-party and is not shared or sold.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, or a court or authority with jurisdiction.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies for functionality, and Google Analytics uses cookies for advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We retain information for as long as it is needed for the business, legal, or operational purpose it was collected for, and then delete it, subject to applicable law.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No system is fully secure, and no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed — but we treat the data you send us with the same discretion we apply to owner-side work.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to contact@yemnak.ae and we will respond. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

No advisory relationship

Submitting information through this website does not create a client, advisory, or professional relationship, and does not constitute professional advice. An engagement is established only through a written agreement.

Children

This website is for business purposes and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from it is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
